Advantages and application of PVC film

The quality of PVC film directly determines the grade and performance of the finished door panel.

A good film should reach a certain thickness, the film back glue should be even, and the color should be stable.

If the thickness of PVC film is low, there will be dew phenomenon and orange peel phenomenon on the surface when pressing the edge angle. In order to deal with these two phenomena, some manufacturers choose to reduce the pressure of the suction molding machine, which to a certain extent reduces the problem of dew and plate deformation, but it can not guarantee the adhesion and compression firmness of PVC film and base material. The main problem caused by the uneven back glue of the film is that the PVC film and the base material cannot be adhered and pressed normally, and the PVC film itself cannot be adhered and pressed with the glue of the plastic absorption machine. The glue must be rolled on the back during production, which we call the back glue. Whether the back glue is even or not, the quality directly affects the adhesion and pressure between the PVC film and the base material.

The color problem is one of the most noticeable problems. Yellowing is an inevitable problem, but the stability of PVC surface texture and color is to be guaranteed, otherwise, the problem of color fading is likely to occur in the normal use of wiping process.
