APET sheet is produced by extrusion of polyester resin modified by isophthalic acid and diethylene glycol. As the melt PET material extruded from the machine head is quenched and shaped into pieces, the resin is in an amorphous state, so the PET sheet has high transparency; at the same time, it maintains many advantages of pet, such as non-toxic, high gloss, good mechanical properties, barrier performance, printing performance; easy embossing decoration; easy metallization; r-ray disinfection; economic treatment of waste , including recycling, combustion treatment, etc., only carbon dioxide and water are produced during combustion, and no harmful substances are produced.

However, APET is not UV resistant and has good electrical insulation.

APET also has many properties far beyond PVC, such as good low temperature resistance, excellent friction resistance and so on. It is a new plastic packaging material with great development prospect, and its application field is being further explored and expanded.

APET sheet can be used in the range of 0.1-5.0mm, which provides a wide range for the design and utilization of APET products.
