The density is 0.90-0.91g/cm3, which is the lightest one of the general plastics. The mechanical strength, rigidity and stress cracking resistance of PP are all higher than that of HDPE, and PP has outstanding elongation and bending fatigue resistance. The movable chain made of PP has gone through 70 million bending tests without any damage. Polypropylene has excellent heat resistance. Its long-term use temperature can be as high as 100oc-120oc, and the use temperature can be as high as 150oC when there is no load. Polypropylene is the only kind of general plastics that can boil in water and withstand the sterilization temperature of 135oc.can be used for Plastic Food Tray,cup lid.
