Technical Clauses:

• Raw material: Polycarbonate with one side coated

• Printability: the PC film can be printed in wet offset, UV offset and Silkscreen

• PC film can be laminated under pressure and temperature together with Security Paper, Synthetic Paper, Polycarbonate

• The surface structure and the adhesive are optimized for a laminating temperature range between 100°C – 130°C but varies depend on substrate

• Front side/coating side – with roughness surface type fine velvet;

• Reverse side - with roughness surface type very fine matte

Optical Appearance:

• Dust, black dots: max 2/10 linear meter

• Inclusion < 1 mm: max. 20/10 linear meter ≥ 1 mm: no

• Holes ≥ 1 mm - ≤ 5 mm: max. 15/1000 sqm

• Thickness: 50microns

• Machine direction: 281 mm

• Format-Tolerance: ± 1 mm

• Squareness –Tolerance: ± 0.5 mm/m

• Flatness < 2 mm

Packaging:

The goods to be supplied should be delivered duly packaged in packaging with solid characteristics that is suitable to completely and perfectly protect the material, to prevent it from becoming unusable or from deteriorating during transport.
