What is PVDC
PVDC is a high barrier material, scientific name: polyvinylidene chloride, polymer
PVC/PVDC is coated on the surface of medicinal PVC, and a layer of PVDC latex is evenly coated on the surface of PVC.

Characteristics of the material:
1) PVDC high barrier composite membrane has self extinguishing, oil resistance, fragrance retention and excellent moisture-proof and mildew resistance.
2) at the same time, it has good printing and heat sealing performance, which is the best comprehensive barrier performance among many plastic packaging materials. It will not be like some other barrier materials by ambient temperature, moderate impact and reduce the barrier. The traditional PVC blister equipment, after changing to PVDC, does not need to do any equipment transformation, so it is very convenient to use directly.
3) during the use of PVDC composite hard disk, attention should be paid to the contact between the PVDC surface and the package, which not only improves the use performance of PVC, but also plays a better role in the barrier of PVDC, and PVDC is the only packaging material that meets the requirements of FDA and EU. Therefore, before use, it is necessary to know the unwinding direction of the blister machine to prevent unnecessary troubles. Generally, PVDC coating surface is on the inside.
4) the superior barrier property of PVDC material determines the processing brittleness of the material, so before use, it should be placed in a room of 25 ﹐ or so for more than 48 hours, so as to reduce its use brittleness; the unused PVDC should be sealed and packed with black PE film bag for storage.
