What is Teslin|Teslin material?

Teslin material is a microporous, single-layer, highly filled substrate with a series of characteristics. It can be printed, durable, safe, chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and tear-resistant. At the same time, Teslin material also has good anti-static properties (ESD), which can reduce processing costs and protect the electronics in RFID and smart cards. Its microporosity enables the ink to dry quickly, thereby improving printing efficiency and good pigment adsorption.

It can be printed by various printing methods such as silk screen, gravure, flatbed, inkjet, digital and laser. Double-layer and double-sided printing is possible: the graphics are on one side, and the RFID antenna is on the other side. This can greatly save costs and simplify production. The ink dries quickly and is adsorbed on the Teslin sheet to obtain good printing clarity and color brightness. It will not change color or yellow after storage and use for many years.

Teslin flakes are rough and wrinkled, comparable to rhino leather, washable, have excellent chemical resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, wide temperature applicability (-70℃~200℃), good dimensional stability , Small shrinkage, strong combination with ink, carbon powder and adhesive, can protect the chip and circuit of non-contact IC card.
