Production process of card
PETG white core for card is produced by the processes of extrusion, thermoforming. Firstly, the PETG raw material is heated through an extruder to a molten state and then extruded through a mold into a film of the desired thickness. Next, the film is thermoformed to obtain the desired shape, we slit the PETG core sheet into small size. Finally, the surface of the card is printed to add patterns, text and other information.
