Cause analysis:
1. The side temperature of PVC is low or the vacuum degree is not enough.
2. The temperature resistance of glue is not enough.
3. After the molding, the pressure will be withdrawn before the temperature drops.

1. Increase the temperature or vacuum.
2. Use with curing agent.
3. After the molding, the temperature is cooled to room temperature or slightly higher, and then the vacuum is removed.
The edge of PVC blister tray is not firmly adhered. Cause analysis:
1. The quality of glue is not good and the activation temperature of glue is too high.
2. The temperature of the equipment can not reach the required activation temperature of the workpiece edge.
3. PVC back glue has poor performance or no back glue.
4. The rubber has expired or the storage does not meet the requirements
5. Leakage or improper spraying method.
