PVC card is widely used in card making industry, including magnetic stripe card, barcode card, sanding card, three-dimensional card, transparent card, scraper / password card, glossy card and so on.

According to the current international standards, the size of standard PVC card is 85.5mm * 54.0mm, of which the thickness of ordinary card is 0.76mm and the thickness of magnetic stripe card is 0.8-0.84mm.

Method / step

1. Printing, the white PVC material is printed by UV four-color printing or silk screen printing;

2. The requirements of the front and back are the same. This is one of the core parts of product quality control;

3. Synthesis: stack the lamination free PVC card materials in the upper, middle and lower order correctly, place the front part on the feed inlet platform of the machine, gently push the materials into the machine, and after a few seconds, the pressed PVC card will come out from the rear of the machine by itself and be cooled automatically by the fan to ensure that the pressed materials are not deformed;

4. Printing signature strip;

5. Punch card, the card after load cutting is the process corner or other special shape, with beautiful appearance;

6. Coding, making convex code or other processes;

7. Quality inspection, due to mass production, the quality is inevitably flawed. Professional companies generally set up this process;
