It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, bending strength and compression strength; it has good heat resistance and low temperature resistance, stable mechanical properties, dimensional stability, electrical properties and flame resistance in a wide temperature range, and can be used for a long time under - 60 ~ 120 ℃; it has no obvious melting point, and is in a melting state at 220-230 ℃; it has large rigidity , the resin melt viscosity is large; the water absorption is small, the shrinkage is small, the creep property is small, the size accuracy is high, the size stability is good, the film permeability is small; it belongs to the self extinguishing material; it is light stable, but not UV resistant, weather resistance is good; it is oil and acid resistant. PC film is divided into: halogen-free flame retardant PC, black flame retardant PC, transparent flame retardant PC, frosted PC, transparent PC, hardening PC, scratch resistant PC, scratch resistant PC, printing level PC and optical level PC.
